There is definitely a whole lot of action going on at TOA! The babies are all learning to crawl and stand and walk. Justice, who has HIV and is behind on reaching his milestones for his age (14 months), is now beginning to crawl. Diamond, our youngest (9 months) baby is crawling everywhere! She even climbs over all the toys and people to get where she wants to go. Nothing is stopping her! Zoe who is 10 months old is also beginning to crawl. Joan, also 10 months, was one of the first to be able to sit up, hasn’t started crawling, but I am sure we will see that soon. Maria, who will turn one year old next week, is able to go from sitting to standing position with little help, and she is very proud of herself!!! And at 10 months old, our darling Moses has topped them all. He can pull himself up to standing position and walk holding onto things.
It won’t be long before we are going to be chasing after 6 more toddlers who are no longer infants anymore. There’s never a dull moment at TOA!! Praise God for the growth we have seen in these children. It is amazing to watch it happen every day here in Tanzania.
